In this Privacy Policy: The terms "**California Cryobank**," "**CCB**," "**our**," "**we**," “**CCLS**” or "**us**" refer to California Cryobank, LLC and California Cryobank Stem Cell Services, as well as any officer, affiliate, director, employee, agent, or contractor of California Cryobank. The terms "**you**," "**user**," "**client**," "**customer**," "**data subject**," and "**your**" mean any person using our products or services, or otherwise interacting with us (for example, using our website or phone calls with customer service representatives), unless a different privacy policy is displayed.
